  Nobody likes to get sick....okay? But if you do I highly recommend this Imaging center. I've been in for a CT scan and had to drink this awful stuff and the lady at the front desk made sure that I got a cold one that would go down easier. Once I got into CT area, the technician was so pleasant and helpful when inserting the IV, I'm a hard stick and he knew exactly what to do. He got it right off he was cheerful and made my comfort level his main concern. I got my results back the same day, I was sent to a specialist and he said that Envision Imaging is his preferred imaging center. I'm going back in for another test and I just called to see if I needed to make an appt. and Natalie said that I could come in on Saturday but unfortunately for me I've got to do some other things before I take this test. I wish all labs were ran this efficiently. The staff members are so kind and empathize with what the patient is going through. This goes a long way when you are scared and have no idea what is making you so sick. Thank you!

  Poor billing practices. Received a bill for 76.94 today. I also just received my two eobs from my BCBS and my Medicare. PLEASE BEWARE, they did not take off my deductions from both insurances and tried to charge me my first insurance copay. My bill was supposed to be what Medicare eob states which was $46.12. My first insurance stated $76.94. I called billing and of course the rep told me she couldn't do anything about it that she had to send it to some department for review. However, she did state that someone did not properly put into the computer the deductions correctly. I told her I am only paying what my second insurance told me to pay. PLEASE BEWARE AND LOOK AT ALL YOUR EOBS. This company tries to cheat you out of money.
